Once contact is made and your request is known there are five steps to the process:

Step 1.

A meeting is arranged for you to brief the copywriter. The brief will need to be thorough in order for the copywriter to know exactly what your needs and expectations are, (don’t worry they’ll ask the questions.) An estimate by the copywriter of the project duration will be included in the brief.

Step 2.

Once the brief is taken the copywriter will forward you a copy. When you have read the brief and payment structure, you will need to return the brief by email. If there are clarifications these will need to be discussed at this time, until the brief is right for both of you.

Step 3.

Once the brief is returned the copywriter will begin on your project and will contact you with at least one progress report, (depending on the size of the project.) The copywriter will endeavour to capture all of the information needed in the brief, but may have to make contact to clarify a point or two.

Step 4.

Once the project is completed an arrangement will be made for the copywriter to present the project to you. If you prefer, your project will be presented by email but the preference by woRDspin is for a personal presentation. One revision is provided FREE if changes are required.

Step 5.

Once you have approved the work, an invoice will be forwarded in the mail.
